Recognizing that technology, regardless of the maker's intentions, has the potential to magnify the capacity for significant harm, we have formulated this policy. At Nuvenu, we consider it our ethical responsibility to address and mitigate such harm. This pertains not only to instances where Nuvenu is utilized in ways that promote harm but also to the unequivocal assertion that our Nuvenu products are not a refuge for individuals seeking to engage in harmful activities. If you hold an account with any of our products, you are prohibited from using them for any of the restricted purposes outlined below. If we discover such misuse, appropriate action will be taken.

Restricted purposes

• Violence or Threats: Using Nuvenu products to plan, commit, or threaten violent crimes, as defined by the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction, is strictly prohibited.

• Child Exploitation and Abuse: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activities involving the creation, distribution, or facilitation of child exploitation, sexualization, or abuse.

• Hate Speech: Nuvenu products may not be used to promote or advocate for the extermination, domination, or oppression of any individuals or groups through hate speech.

• Harassment: Nuvenu does not condone intimidating or targeting individuals or groups through persistent communication, which includes the use of racial slurs or degrading language.

• Doxing: Sharing others' private personal information with the intent of harassment using Nuvenu products is strictly prohibited.

• Phishing and Fraud: Deceptive practices such as misrepresenting your identity or affiliations to engage in theft, extortion, or harm to others are not allowed.

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited commercial emails, including the use of automated bots, is against our policies. Emails must comply with CAN-SPAM and other anti-spam laws to be permissible.

• Cybersquatting: Purchasing Nuvenu product accounts in someone else's name with the intention of selling them back to the original owner constitutes cybersquatting, and such accounts will be immediately canceled.

• Intellectual Property Infringement: Nuvenu products may not be used to create or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others beyond the limits of fair use.

While our usage restrictions aim to cover a wide range of scenarios, they may not cover every possible situation. There could be offenses that defy categorization, emerge for the first time, or present moral dilemmas we have not yet considered. However, our overarching intent is clear: Nuvenu is not to be employed for any form of harm, whether it be mental, physical, personal, or civic in nature. We welcome diverse perspectives, including those of a philosophical, religious, or political nature. Nonetheless, ideologies such as white nationalism or hate-driven movements that revolve around oppression, violence, abuse, extermination, or the domination of one group over another will not find a place here.

How to report abuse

For suspected cases involving malware, spyware, phishing, spamming, or cybersquatting, please promptly notify us at contact@nuvenu.com.

For all other matters, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the same email address, contact@nuvenu.com. If you have even the slightest uncertainty about whether something violates our use restrictions policy, please report it anyway.

When reporting, kindly provide as much information as you feel comfortable with regarding the account in question, the specific content or behavior you are reporting, and how you came across it. Sharing a URL or screenshots can greatly assist our investigation process. If you require a secure file transfer, please inform us, and we will provide you with the necessary link. Rest assured, we will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account. For cases related to copyright infringement, we have provided additional instructions on how to inform us of such claims.

One of our team members will respond within one business day to acknowledge that we have initiated an investigation. We have also made available detailed information on how we conduct investigations into use restriction reports. Furthermore, we will keep you informed of the outcome of our investigation unless you specifically request otherwise or legal constraints prevent us from doing so.
